One man is in custody and police are looking for a second man after a burglary at an apartment. Police say the burglary took place on the 500 block of Hathway around 4 a.m. Friday morning. The victim told officers that two men entered his apartment and got away with some of his property.

Neighbors say they're concerned about crime in the area. Evan Chodzko lives near the area where the crime occured.

"I've heard of a lot of burglaries. I've had my surfboard stolen right out of the back of by truck last year and also my wetsuit and skateboard as well."

After police arrived at the scene, they were able to arrest 21-year-old Tanner Clark of Felton. He was taken into custody after a short chase. Officers say they also found cocaine and marijuana in a vehicle associated with him.
