Possible funnel cloud seen over Santa Rosa

KSBY received a report of a possible funnel cloud over Santa Barbara, just after 9 a.m. this morning.
Carla Donaldson of Santa Maria said her husband, Richard, was coming into Goleta when he snapped these pictures. He described the weather as "strange, as if a tornado could touch down" while he was talking on the phone with his wife. Moments later, he spotted what he believed to be a funnel cloud and took a picture with his phone.
