PG&E officials say power is back on for almost all of the customers affected by Thursday night's power outage in Paso Robles.
The outage happened just before 10 p.m. when a car hit a power pole on South River and Charlois Road.
The Paso Robles Department of Emergency Services says the 16-year-old driver, who was trapped in his car, was removed and taken to the hospital.
His name and condition have not been released.
More than 800 people were affected by the outage, which lasted into Friday afternoon.
PG&E says the 10 customers still without power should have power restored by late afternoon on Friday.
