Power restored to homes affected by morning outage

A PG&E spokesperson says power has been restored to all the homes affected by an outage Wednesday morning.
About 2,000 homes lost power around 8:20 a.m. in some parts of San Luis Obispo, Santa Margarita and along Highway 1, after a tree hit some power lines.
Crews were able to restore power to all customers just after noon.
