Power restored to thousands of PG&E customers in Morro Bay

A piece of malfunctioning equipment is to blame for a power outage in Morro Bay earlier, according to a PG&E spokesperson.
Residents lost power around 4:00p.m. Monday for about 20 minutes.
About 3,800 people were effected by the power outage.
