Pre-preliminary hearing to begin for Arroyo Grande City Councilman, Ed Arnold

A pre-preliminary hearing is expected to begin Wednesday morning for Arroyo Grande City Councilman, Ed Arnold. Arnold is facing domestic violence, and assault with a deadly weapon charges.

In January, he faced a judge for the first time, and pled not guilty. He was arrested in December, accused of assaulting a 28-year-old woman.
