Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center in San Luis Obispo is making it a bit easier for soon-to-be-moms to keep on track with all-things baby with a new maternity app.

The free download includes appointment trackers, a due date countdown, contraction timer, journal entries, labor techniques and delivery methods, body changes, baby name ideas and tips for both mother and father during pregnancy.

For after baby arrives, there is even a Baby's First Year feature that includes immunization reminders, baby's weight and height tracker, a breastfeeding guide and timer and lullaby music.
