CAL FIRE, in cooperation with the San Luis Obispo County Air Pollution Control District (APCD) and a local land owner, will be conducting a 48-acre prescribed burn on the south side of Lake Nacimiento on Monday.
Officials say they do not believe the smell of smoke will be an issue, but it may be visible on the west side of Paso Robles from from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you do smell smoke, officials remind everyone to take precautions and limit outdoor activities.
