Incorporating probiotics into your diet may improve your blood pressure.
A new study out of Australia combined data from nine clinical trials that looked at the relationship between probiotics and blood pressure.
Probiotics are commonly found in yogurt and dietary supplements.
Researchers found a small, but significant improvement in blood pressure among people who included a variety of probiotics in their diet for more than eight weeks.
