The city of Guadalupe is expected to make a final decision Tuesday night on a medical marijuana ordinance.
First, a public hearing on the matter will be held. The city council will then consider an amendment to permanently ban medical marijuana dispensaries in the city. A temporary ordinance is set to expire in May.
The public hearing begins at 6:00 p.m. at the city council chambers on 980 Obispo Street in Guadalupe.
