Rain and gale force winds expected in marine forecast

Tonight: S winds 10 to 15 kt early this evening becoming NW 15 to 25 kt by late evening then increasing to 20 to 30 kt with frequent gusts to 35 kt by morning. Combined seas 6 to 8 ft dominant period 13 seconds building to 7 to 10 ft dominant period 13 seconds. Rain likely.

Tuesday: NW winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt. Combined seas 8 to 11 ft dominant period 10 seconds. Chance of rain in the morning.

Tuesday Night: NW winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 35 kt becoming N 15 to 25 kt with local gusts to 30 kt late. Combined seas 8 to 11 ft dominant period 7 seconds.

Wednesday: N winds 15 to 25 kt early in the morning becoming 10 to 15 kt. Combined seas 7 to 9 ft dominant period 7 seconds.

Wednesday Night: N winds 10 to 15 kt in the evening becoming variable 10 kt or less. Wind waves 2 ft or less. NW swell 6 to 8 ft.

Thursday: Winds variable 10 kt or less becoming S 10 to 15 kt with gusts to 20 kt. Wind waves 1 to 3 ft. NW swell 7 to 10 ft.

Friday: S winds 10 to 20 kt. Wind waves 1 to 3 ft. NW swell 9 to 12 ft. Chance of rain.
