Rain returns to Central Coast as active weather pattern begins

Winter begins and as it does the weather pattern also looks to get more active.

Storm systems are stacked up from late Friday into the middle of next week and each has good potential. Thru Saturday the first system could deliver as much as an inch of rain (with locally more possible) north of the Santa Ynez mountains, south of there totals should be less than .30"

In Dave Hovde's video forecast he also talks about some bizarre conditions Thursday which could produce some very low snow levels.
