Randy and Evi Quaid considered fugitives after missing Santa Barbara court date

Randy and Evi Quaid failed to show up to their Santa Barbara County Superior Court arraignment Tuesday morning. This is the fifth time the Quaids were no-shows in court, after allegedly skipping out on a $10,000 hotel bill at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito in June 2009.
As a result, the court forfeited their bail bonds, which were set at $20,000 each, according to Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter.
The judge set new arrest warrants for the Quaids at $40,000 each.
