Rascal named Ugliest Dog at SoCal contest

It was one dog gone ugly contest in southern California this past weekend.

The 15th annual Del Mar Ugly Dog Contest was held near San Diego. While many dogs lined up to be the ugliest of the bunch, only one pooch could walk away with the prize. That lucky dog was a purebred Chinese Crested named Rascal.

Proceeds from the contest go to support several charities that benefit animals.
