The second massive snow storm in a week is moving through parts of the Midwest today.

So far the system has dumped more than a foot of snow on parts of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri...clogging highways and cutting off power to 70,000 homes.

In the Texas panhandle many roads are still closed.

Amarillo had 19 inches of snow on Monday, a new record with some of that coming down at two to three inches per hour.

Chicago's O'Hare International Airport has already preemptively canceled over 230 flights as the storm system pushes in that direction.
