Registration open for Animal Action camp

Know any animal lovers ages 12-14? Wonder what your young teens will do during spring break? Here's a camp you both may be interested in. Woods Humane Society's Animal Action Camp runs from March 24-28.

The camp offers an opportunity for them to learn more about the rescue and rehabilitation of dogs, cats, and local wildlife.

The camp runs from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. from and includes presentations, interactions with Woods' guests, and a "Compassion in Action" project.

$250 per camper covers registration, a daily snack, field trips, a camp shirt, and other supplies for the week. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You can visit Woods Humane Society's website for more information.
