U.S. and French researchers think they've discovered a planet twice the size of Earth 40 light years from us, but that's not the interesting part. They believe the planet is largely made up of diamond.
Temperatures on its surface reach 3,900 degrees fahrenheit, and while it's twice as large as Earth, it has eight times the mass.
It orbits a sun-like star that's visible to the naked eye in the constellation of Cancer.
And boy does this planet move. It goes around its star so fast, its years only last 18 hours.
