Residents evacuated due to Lookout Fire can return home at 5 p.m.

People who were ordered to evacuate their homes due to the Lookout Fire Wednesday will be allowed to return home at 5 p.m., the Santa Barbara County Fire Department announced. Anyone who does not live in that area is asked to stay out.

The fire department expects to keep about 150 fire personnel on scene of the fire overnight.
