Residents urged to participate in Santa Maria city blood drive

Central Coast residents are invited to help save a life.

The last of four blood drives hosted by the City of Santa Maria is set for Thursday afternoon, from noon to 5:00p.m. This blood drive is held in the parking lot between the lawn bowling green and Paul Nelson Aquatics Center along S. McClelland St. in Santa Maria.

To say thank you, United Blood Service says all donors will be entered into a drawing to win a special holiday dinner worth more than $200 at the restaurant of their choice.
