Organizations across San Luis Obispo county came together tonight with the goal of making parenting a little easier.
Laguna Middle School in San Luis Obispo hosted a children's resource fair.
More than 30 local services and support groups, all dedicated to early childhood needs, joined forces in the middle school's multipurpose room.
They provided information, advice, and resources to parents.
The fair was geared towards parents of infants to five-year-olds.
"Children who are ages 0-5 are the most vulnerable people of our population, and we want to do everything we can to provide the information and education to all families and all parents", said Lisa Fraser of the San Luis Obispo County Child Abuse Prevention Council.
The goal was to introduce families to available local resources.
The fair featured goodie kits, healthy snacks, prizes, and activities for children.
