Reward offered in unsolved Isla Vista homicide

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is offering a $25,000 reward in connection with the 2008 beating death of Gregory Ghan. The 53-year-old Ghan was found severely beaten at a park in Isla Vista on May 31, 2008. He was taken to a local hospital and died from his injuries on June 10, 2008.

The reward was requested by Santa Barbara Sheriff Bill Brown.

Anyone with information related to the investigation is asked to contact the Sheriff's Department at (805) 681-4150, or the anonymous Sheriff's Tip Line at (805) 681-4171.
