Road work in Avila Beach on Tuesday

Heads-up if you're planning to commute to or from Avila Beach on Tuesday.

Crews will be making some repairs to pavement on Avila Beach Drive.

The road will be closed between Ontario Road and San Luis Bay Drive from 7 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon.

A detour will be in place which will add 5 to 10 minutes to your travel time.
