BOULOGNE-SUR-MER, France (AP) - Peter Sagan of Slovakia has won the crash-marred third stage of the Tour de France, which returned to its home country after a stretch in Belgium.

Tuesday's 122-mile route from Orchies to the fishing port of Boulogne-sur-Mer featured five small climbs to an uphill finish.
