The San Francisco Giants' World Series Trophy Tour is making its last stop Friday night as it passes through the Central Coast.

Hundreds of people waited in line Thursday night to pose with the team's 2010 and 2012 championship hardware during farmers' market in downtown San Luis Obispo.

People began lining up at 9 a.m. and the line eventually stretched around the block.

Tom Empey came from Santa Barbara to see the trophies. "A lot of us here have waited a lifetime to see the Giants win the World Series, and for them to do it two times in three years was just an incredible experience, so we just wanted to come down and vicariously relive the process through seeing the World Series trophy."

The last chance to see the trophies is Friday at the gazebo in Paso Robles' downtown city park from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
