San Luis Obispo leaders have decided to adopt an emergency ordinance allowing police to once again ticket homeless for sleeping in their vehicles, Tuesday night.
Last week a judge said the current city law didn't allow for it, but an amendment to that law has now eliminated that decision. The new law goes into effect immediately.
