San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Department investigating homicide at Montana de Oro

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Department is investigating a homicide that happened just before 11:30 Monday night.
The Montana de Oro State Park Rangers made contact with a driver of a vehicle that had two people. After an investigation the rangers discovered the passenger was dead.
The driver was transported to a near-by hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries. Deputies are now investigating the case as a homicide. They say they are no longer looking for anyone involved in this crime.
