San Luis Obispo police arrested a man early this morning after he allegedly burglarized two apartments.
Police said a 9-1-1- caller reported hearing footsteps in their backyard at about 3 a.m.
When officers arrived, they located and arrested 23-year-old Zachery Leland.
Police said they found stolen property on Leland and he admitted to robbing two apartments in Cortez Court located off Los Osos Valley Road.
Police said Leland entered both unlocked apartments as the residents were asleep.
Leland was booked into the San Luis Obispo County jail with bail set at $50,000.
