California Highway Patrol has identified the driver who was killed in a roll-over crash on Highway 101.

CHP says 28 year old Fernando Santiago, of San Miguel, was driving under the influence of alcohol late Monday night when he drove into the center median on the southbound side of Hwy. 101 north of San Marcos Road in San Miguel.

CHP officers say Santiago over-corrected and lost control of his Toyota 4-Runner. Officers say the SUV rolled twice and Santiago was ejected from the car.

Officers say he was not wearing his seat belt.
