Sandy: Reality Settling In

Millions across the Northeast are beginning another day without power, some surrounded by water an others with nowhere to call home.
Burnt rubble has replaced a Queens neighborhood destroyed by fire.
Manhattan subways are still cut off by flooding.
Parts of Hoboken is remain underwater.
Thousands were trapped in their homes over 72 hours.
"Monday night was probably the most terrifying of my life," says resident Lisa Segali-Rotundo.
Along the Jersey shore Sandy ripped homes from their foundation and filled streets with sand.
In Woodbridge emergency officials say thousands gallons of oil spewed from a refinery tank ruptured in the storm.
Yesterday President Obama promised federal help during a tour through mangled seaside communities of New Jersey.
"We go through tough times, but we bounce back. The reason we bounce back is we look out for one another and we don't leave anybody behind," the president said.
Getting back to life as usual is proving complicated throughout the region, creating longs lines for food and gas.
