The Santa Barbara County Grand Jury says a local school district board should complete a Brown Act training session, after it found violations in its most recent report.
The Grand Jury says the Cuyama Joint Unified School District board held two closed sessions where sensitive district personnel information was revealed without authorization.
The jury found the board also doesn't have proper Brown Act training.
The Brown Act requires public agencies keep meetings open and sessions dealing with personnel matters closed.
