Mixed economic outlook for Santa Barbara County

From predictions on the building industry to the wine industry, the UCSB Economic Forecast for 2010 in Santa Barbara County was released Thursday morning.
The report which is more than 100 pages states that the return growth for the building industry will be very slow. It also states there are not enough brands that use the Santa Barbara County appellation to utilize all the grapes grown in the county and keep prices at a level that will sustain the costs of growing wine grapes in Santa Barbara County.
