Santa Barbara County Foodbank collecting Thanksgiving donations

The Santa Barbara County Foodbank will be collecting last-minute donations before the Thanksgiving holiday.

One hundred thirty-one turkeys were collected over the weekend, bringing the grand total to 2,045 turkeys. However, more donations are always welcome.

The Foodbank has two locations in Santa Barbara County. One facility is located at 490 West Foster Road in Santa Maria and the other is located at 4554 Hollister Avenue in Santa Barbara. Both will be open today, November 23, and tomorrow, November 24, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
