The Santa Barbara Police Department held two DUI checkpoints last night, as part of a constant effort to keep roadways safe.
Officers set up the checkpoints on East Canon Perdido and Garden streets.
Only one person was arrested for DUI out of more than 300 vehicles screened. Officers say 13 people were cited for driving without a license, and 14 vehicles were impounded.
