A Carpinteria man was sentenced to ten years in prison for selling unregistered stocks.
De Elroy Beeler, Jr. sold stocks in internet companies and a fake energy company.
There were victims across the country who lost at least $10 million combined.
Beeler served 3 years in prison for previous fraud scheme.
Next month, a judge will decide on how much restitution he must pay to his hundreds of victims.
