Santa Barbara missing diver's body found

The Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department has positively identified the body of 64-year-old Andres Martinez.
He was found by the Coast Guard on a Santa Cruz Island beach late this afternoon. Martinez was reported missing yesterday after he did not resurface after scuba diving in the area.
The Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department doesn't suspect foul play.
