Santa Barbara Police have attempted murder suspect in custody

Santa Barbara Police Officers say they have arrested the suspect wanted in an attempted murder that happened in the city's eastside Wednesday night.

The search for the suspect prompted the use of the reverse 911 system in the Montecito and Summerland areas.

The suspect was arrested at about 9:00a.m. Thursday.
