The Santa Barbara Police Department says they made 32 arrests for driving under the influence violations in January of this year.
They say many of the arrests were made after people called 911 saying they witnessed possible DUI drivers.
Police are thanking community members who called to report dangerous driving, and they ask that people continue to report suspected drunk drivers.
