Santa Barbara Police Officers say woman involved in standoff not in house

Santa Barbara Police Officers say the woman and her two children were not inside the building. Investigators conducted a room to room search for the 25-year-old mother and two kids involved in a police standoff.

The 100 block of North Milpas street has been closed for hours due to the stand off.
