The City of Santa Barbara is holding an election Tuesday to fill three spots on its city council. Ten candidates are vying for the seats. It's a vote-by-mail election, though the city did offer polling centers over the weekend.
According to a spokesperson for the city clerk's office, voters can drop off ballots until 8 p.m. at the following locations:
The city clerk's office expects to have the first results out by midnight. Official results are expected to be ready by the end of Thursday.
The results will be posted on sbcityvote.org. The city clerk's office will also be broadcasting the ballot counting live on channel 18 beginning at 8 p.m.
Voters are asked to call the clerk's office at 564-5309 with any questions.
