Santa Maria High School was on partial lockdown for about one hour after an explosive device was found by a city worker Wednesday morning, according to Police Chief Ralph Martin.
The Santa Barbara County bomb squad discovered a dummy grenade in a park on the Morrison and Lincoln side of the school.
