The Santa Maria Police Department plans to crackdown on drunk driving this weekend.
Officers plan to hold a sobriety and driver's license checkpoint on Saturday, February 5th from 6:00p.m. to 1:00a.m. The location is not reveals prior to the checkpoint, but the department says it's in a location where a significant number of DUI arrests and collisions have happened in the city.
