Santa Maria residents invited to 2010 census meeting

People in Santa Maria are invited to an important meeting about the upcoming 2010 census.
An accurate count of every resident is vital to make sure the community and local non profits receive their full share of federal and state funding.
Those who come out will also be among the first to hear about census job recruitments that are taking place. The meeting will be held on Monday from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. in Shepard Hall at the Santa Maria Public Library.
