If you have company coming in town, you may want to pick up Santa Maria's new guest survival kit.

The Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce is now offering that and the best part is it's free.

It includes a map with some of the hot spots in our area, Santa Maria style barbecue information and a wine country booklet.

There are also coupons for local businesses and attractions.

Gina Keough, Visitor & Convention Bureau Manager said, "When guests come instead of saying lets go somewhere else, stay here and enjoy this town and what we have to offer. There are so many things that are here that sometimes we overlook."

You can pick up the free guest survival kit at the chamber's offices on South Broadway in Santa Maria.
