It's the scene of a deadly alcohol-related accident in Santa Maria. The incident was simulated by local emergency personnel and officers at St. Joseph High School.

It's part of the "Every 15 Minutes Program" and is meant to educate students about the dangers of drinking and driving. Heather Hourdequin, student, said, "I really think that students should be focusing on the impact it has not only on the family but on the entire community.

I really hope they take away the emotional impact because I really think that will motivate them to not drink and drive."

Numerous local agencies helped to coordinate the event.
