The City of Santa Maria released its new action plan for the Northeast part of the city.
It's based on a meeting in March when the city asked for community input.
From the meetings, four areas of improvement were identified: police and crime related issues, code enforcement, infrastructure improvements and Pioneer Valley High School issues.
