Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital offers free heart health screenings

Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital wants you to "Show Your Heart Some Love" on Wednesday.
The hospital is offering free heart health screenings from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
They are celebrating National Cardiac Rehabilitation Week with an open house in their new Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department.
You can also check your blood pressure, Body Mass Index (BMI), and cholesterol for free at the event.
