The wet weather has not arrived on the Central Coast. It's a slow moving upper level low that's currently off the Sonoma County coastline, but it's expected to move down the California coast Tuesday through Thursday. With the low pressure we can expect cooler than normal weather for the remainder of the week.

With the low pressure system clouds and possible drizzle along the coastline are expected tonight into Wednesday morning.

Scattered rain showers should form over San Luis Obispo County on Wednesday afternoon and stick around till Thursday.

Most of the rain will fall in the higher terrain of eastern San Luis Obispo County.

By the weekend the low pressure system should move east.
