Search and rescue crews find body of missing man on island

The body of a 23-year-old man from Ohio was found on Santa Cruz Island Tuesday morning.
The Ventura County Sheriff's Office says the National Park Service first contacted them around 7:30 Monday night to request help in locating a missing hiker.
The Park Service was notified by a private boating company in the Ventura Harbor that Christopher Mondiek had not returned from an overnight trip to the island.
Search and Rescue crews from Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties found Mondiek's body on a beach just after 8:00 Tuesday morning.
Investigators believe his death was caused by a fall from a cliff.
