Spring has come early this year as have the allergies and doctors say staying ahead of the symptoms can help you through it.

Preventing symptoms from the beginning can help those allergic reactions from going into full swing, allergists advise.

Some suggestions are staying indoors when pollen counts are high, washing your hair after being outside, and avoiding activities that can possibly stir up both pollen and mold.

Seasonal allergies are reported to affect about 35,000,000 million Americans
