The second of two men charged with fraud in a credit card skimming operation has been sentenced to prison.
Gnel Snapyan, 35, was sentenced to 364 days in state prison and five years probation Friday. The Office of the Attorney General says his co-conspirator, Gervork Aroutiounyan, 48, was sentenced back in March to three years and eight months in prison. Both men have been ordered to pay restitution to Chase Bank.
In February 2011, investigators say the men used skimming devices to steal more than $120,000 from dozens of Chase Bank customers who used the ATM on Madonna Road in San Luis Obispo.
